Chris comes to town
Monday, April 2nd, 2007Our friend Chris, of Chris and Kathryn fame, came to town for work and we managed to get spots for an afternoon of golf at Cinnabar. Right before we called a group had cancelled and we got right on. Matt met us there and we started not too long after 11. It wasn’t my best score ever but it was one of the most enjoyable rounds I’ve played.
It was interesting to play this early in the season and see everything so green. We also got a chance to see quite a bit of wild life including a bobcat, a pretty big snake sunning itself on the cart path, and a pretty neat looking crane with feathers so fine they looked like hair.
Alice and I met Chris at A Bellagio for dinner and ate entirely too much… always a good time!
Monday night we met up in Santana Row, grabbed some drinks and ate at Consuelo’s then it was off to the airport for Chris.
