Wow… kids in pagents
Tuesday, December 27th, 2005I was watching Daiy does America and I have to say… I haven’t thought one second about beauty pageants since the Jon Bennet Ramsey tragedy.
Let’s be clear… I don’t have anything against pageants. I just always feel really uncomfortable when kids in situations look so terrified that you think, “how can they make the kid do that?” That covers all situations from school plays to soccer games. I just always have that image of the little girls trying soooo hard to smile it looks pained.
